I would certainly be up for any/all of those workshops! Just loved the last workshop in November and have now bought a bigger fridge to store all my attempts at ferments!!

I got such a lot from the ‘miso to kimchi and beyond’ day in September that I bought your book for myself before Christmas. I don’t think I’ve let you know how much I loved it and am using it. 😊 🙏🏻
